If you work with me, you're going to hear me say this a lot. Like, every day. Because it's pretty much how I approach every project and every challenge. It's a rallying cry and a raison d'etre. It's what I say to inspire my teammates, and to inspire myself. I might say it in a different way if I'm talking to clients, but the meaning is the same: let's take the ordinary, the difficult, the confusing, and turn it into something that not only solves the problem at hand, but also begins building the next step in the brand's evolution.
